Stainless Steel Platforms

  • Stainless Steel Platforms can be fabricated in any size and Shape as per client’s requirement.
  • Can be fabricated in-house and are easy to assemble at the site, assembly drawing and manual will be provided along with the Shipment.

LIMPET TYPE JACKETED TANK

  • Limpet type Jacket ranges starts from 500Ltrs Tank to 160,000Ltrs Tank Capacity.
  • We have specialized equipment for making the Limpet type Jacket.
  • Any sort of Pressure rating can be provided.

DIMPLE TYPE JACKETED

  • Dimple Type Jacket starting from 500Ltrs to 160,000Ltrs can be fabricated
  • We have specialized equipment for maintaining the Hole and Pitch Standard of the Dimples.
  • Any sort of pressure rating can be provided.

SS TROLLEY

  • Any size can be fabricated as per client’s requirement.
  • Thickness and Load will be based on the client’s requirement.
  • Caster Wheels with Stainless Steel plates are provided to avoid the rust formation.

SS TABLE

  • Stainless Steel Multi-Purpose Table.
  • Can be fabricated in SS304 for Non – Hygienic Sector and SS316L for the Hygienic Sector.
  • Table can be fabricated with base plate for fixed in place and also can be fabricated with wheels for mobile purposes.
  • Can be used for Cheese Separation, Chocolate Mould Clearing, Chocolate Packaging, Tobacco feeding to Filters, Margarine Packaging etc.

OZONATION TANKS

  • Can be fabricated starting from 100Ltrs to 15000trs.
  • Easy to do maintenance and access for the Manholes.

THERMO COMPRESSORS

  • Can be fabricated starting from 100Ltrs to 15000trs.
  • Easy to do maintenance and access for the Manholes.

BUTTER MELTING VAT

  • SS316L Tubes are used for the supply of Hot Water or Steam for Melting Butter.
  • Any Sizes can be fabricated with Hygienic end connections.

AUTOMATIC CIP SYSTEM

  • Available in different capacities, according to the Capacity Size of the Tanks, Pumps, Pipe Line and PHE changes
  • According to client’s requirement the inbuilt PLC can be programmed, Complete system is SKID mounted with Automatic Valves, Tanks for ACID, Caustic Soda, Hot Water and Recovery Water, PHE for Hot Water conversion and Centrifugal Pump for Transferring the Chemicals during CIP Process.
  • Can be also fabricated in Dismantling & Assembling manner during overseas delivery .

DAIRY PLANT

  • 100% Hygienic Processing Plant for Milk, Juice, Yoghurt, Culinary, Pharmaceuticals, Cheese, Personal Care, Beverages, etc.
  • Different capacities with ‘N’ no of tanks can be fabricated.
  • Flow plates can be designed as per the processing design provided by the client.
  • Pipe Lines of Different sizes can be fabricated.
  • All pipes are 100% Hygienic ALFA LAVAL make from Denmark.
  • SS316L plates used are Cold Rolled (European Origin).
  • Complete plant is fabricated in-house and is assembled at the site, can also be shipped overseas.
  • Platforms and Flow Plates are fabricated in such a way that it is maintenance free and user friendly.
